Conflicts happen everywhere except in graveyards. It is a sign that a team/organization is alive. Unfortunately, many organization don't proactively equip their leaders to resolve conflicts. On the other hand, some smart organizations are proactively and intentionally empower their leaders not just to manage conflicts but rather to turn conflicts into opportunities.
